Returns, exchanges and warranty policy

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within five (5) calendar days after delivery when the garment is unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains and odors, and retains its original tags. The customer covers transport unless OLC made the error; approval is subject to inventory.

Customized products

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged or returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to OLC. The customer must approve colors, designs, sizes, text and other specifications before production.

Defective products or order errors

Report manufacturing defects or an incorrect product within five (5) calendar days. Once validated, OLC may replace or repair the product or issue a refund; OLC covers transportation in these cases.

Quality warranty

Products include a thirty (30) calendar-day manufacturing warranty covering defective seams, construction, zippers, snaps, finishes and attributable material defects. It excludes normal wear, improper washing, misuse, tears, burns, third-party damage and later alterations.

Right of withdrawal

Under Colombian e-commerce law, withdrawal may be exercised within five (5) business days after delivery if the product is unused, remains as delivered and was not customized or made to particular specifications. The customer covers return transport.

Refunds

Applicable refunds use the original payment method or an agreed bank transfer. Processing time may vary by financial institution or payment platform.

How to request an exchange or warranty claim

Contact official support channels with the order number, full name, request description and product photographs when necessary. Our team will review the case and respond as soon as possible.
