Processing times

Every online order undergoes validation, preparation, quality control and packaging. In-stock products take 1 to 5 business days; customized or made-to-order products take 5 to 15 business days, depending on the item, customization and quantity.

Delivery times

After dispatch, major Colombian cities may take 1 to 5 business days, intermediate municipalities 3 to 7 business days, and rural or hard-to-reach areas 5 to 10 business days. International delivery may take 5 to 20 business days depending on customs and carrier logistics.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout according to weight, volume and destination. Free-shipping promotions apply only under the conditions published for each campaign.

Order tracking

Tracking information is provided after dispatch. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details and a correct delivery address.

Delivery delays

OLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, roadblocks, public-order situations, customs procedures, carrier incidents or incorrect customer-provided addresses, but our team will provide support and follow-up.

Undelivered or returned orders

When an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, repeated absence or package refusal, the buyer must cover the cost of a new shipment.

Receiving your order

Check the packaging before accepting delivery. Report visible damage, tampering or inconsistencies to the carrier immediately and contact OLC within the next 24 hours.
